We provide research services in accordance with the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Clients acknowledge that investment in the securities market is subject to market risks, and we do not provide any assurance or guarantee of returns or profits.
Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Charges:One-third (1/3rd) of the total service fee shall be treated as non-refundable, towards initial setup, onboarding, and compliance.
Service Utilization Clause: Once the service is activated, it shall be considered utilized, irrespective of actual usage by the client.
Proportionate Refund: The remaining amount shall be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unexpired period only, after deduction of the non-refundable portion.
Termination Request: Refund shall be applicable only from the date of written termination request received through official channels. No retrospective claims shall be accepted.
Final Decision: Refunds, if any, shall be subject to internal verification, and the final decision shall rest with the company.

Before making payment, clients are advised to read all Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and MITC.
Payment shall be deemed as acceptance of all terms.
